We are seeking a Superintendent who:
* Possesses a Master's Degree in Educational Administration or Leadership.
* Holds or is eligible to obtain a North Dakota Superintendent Credential.
* Demonstrates expertise in supervision, assessment, curriculum and instruction, technology, special education, school budgets, school law, and educational leadership.
* Exhibits successful teaching, management, administrative, and instructional leadership skills.
* Possesses high moral character and inspires a comprehensive educational program.
Responsibilities:
* Provide visionary leadership and strategic direction for the district.
* Oversee all aspects of district operations, including curriculum, instruction, finance, and personnel.
* Foster strong relationships with students, staff, families, and the community.
* Ensure a safe and supportive learning environment.
* Lead the district in achieving its mission and vision.
Qualifications:
* Master's Degree in Educational Administration or Leadership.
* Valid North Dakota Superintendent Credential or eligibility to obtain one.
* Teaching, Principal, and Superintendent Certifications.
* Proven successful administrative experience.

**$42,500 Base Salary (Permanent) + Our district provides a single health, dental and vision insurance policy. We also pay both sides of TFFR. Sick Leave, Personal Leave and Funeral leave are based on the negotiated agreement.
