Fessenden-Bowdon School uses the Cognia continuous improvement process to monitor and improve our school. Under this process, the school leadership team creates a school improvement plan each year and monitors its progress. This process creates strategy maps (below) that show the major initiatives of our school and the methods we will use to reach our desired outcomes. Every 5-6 years, the school goes through Cognia's accreditation process to ensure our school is growing and have their reviewers give us input on new improvement priorities.
